What :

Throughout her career as a chef, Robin Leventhal has collected Jello molds. During her stint at the Cyclops, the Jello molds covered the building facade. Now, the beloved molds hang in her home kitchen. The theme of the benefit is Jello Aspirations. Each chef will receive a Jello mold to incorporate into a culinary concept, which can be low-brow, haute, unconventional, classic chaud froid – or anything that strikes a creative chord. If nothing else, the mold can be used to hold shaved ice for caviar.
